A Green Movie
If for no other reason, this is why I'll see "Evan Almighty." I really like the idea of a huge, previously thought of evil entity (the movie biz) trying to turn itself around by making a "green" movie. The folks who made "Evan Almighty" decided to take steps to ensure that the making of their movie would produce no carbon. I think that's pretty cool, and I'm hoping that more productions follow suit. They used bicycles instead of golf carts, did much to recycle, printed scripts on both sides of recycled paper and used recycled materials to create the sets.

That's really cool!
and the movie looks pretty good too.
I love Steve Carrell. :)
I'll go see it too. Very cool they're doing that.
I love Steve Carrell.
Love him!
Do you watch the Office?
This is really cool! I had no idea they had gone to such lengths. I'm glad to know I won't just be seeing the movie because ZZ Top beards turn me on.
Kerry - You know, that's one of those shows where I know I should have watched it and now I feel like I missed the boat on a good thing.
Steve's been touting the green theme in many interviews. I say good for them!
Great for Steve...he is HYSTERICAL!
Actually, that is a pretty cool thing to do, even just for the attention it will bring.
OMG yes. Steve Carrell is absolutely hysterical. Whether or not I see the movie, he's tops on my lists because of The Office.
Oh that *is* a good reason! I keep telling my daughter that it's her ***dad's*** job to take her to the movies, 'cause he actually ***likes*** seeing them. But maybe I'll have to actually see one... :-)
